How long take to process an order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment verification is confirmed and completed. Please note that this processing time does not include the actual shipping duration; during peak shopping periods (such as holidays or promotional events), processing times may be slightly extended. What is the daily order cutoff time, and how does it affect order processing?
The daily order cutoff time is 2:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time. Orders submitted before this cutoff time will begin processing on that same business day. Orders submitted after the cutoff time, or on weekends or public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
Do orders shipped within USA incur shipping fees? Is there a minimum order amount requirement?
No. Ryans Sport Shop offers free shipping on all orders shipped to any address within USA. You do not need to meet any minimum order amount threshold to qualify for free shipping, and no hidden shipping fees will be added to your order total.
What should I do if I want to cancel my order? Can I receive a full refund?
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. We will not charge any additional processing fees and will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Once an item has been shipped, you can no longer directly cancel the order; in this case, you must wait to receive the package and then request a refund in accordance with our standard Return Policy.
How can I track my order? What should I do if I haven't received a tracking number?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique UPS tracking number (this email will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order). You can use this tracking number to visit the official UPS website and check the real-time delivery status of your order. If you have registered for an account, you can simply log in to your account to track your order; if you do not have an account, please enter your order number and the associated email address on our Order Tracking page to check your status.
