Pricing and Payment

All product prices displayed on our Services are in United States Dollars, unless otherwise specified, and include applicable Sales Tax where required by U.S. state law. We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice; however, the price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time you submit your order. There are no hidden fees — shipping is always free for all U.S. orders, with no minimum order value required.

Shipping Policy (Delivery to United States)

We offer shipping services exclusively to addresses within the United States. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) following confirmation and completion of payment verification. Delivery times vary depending on the destination state or region; typically, standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status at any time.

We offer free standard shipping to all addresses within the United States, with no minimum order value required and no hidden fees. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: adverse weather conditions, carrier delays, or inaccurate shipping information provided by you. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. If an order is returned to us due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at no additional charge.

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that the products are in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. Custom-made or personalized products, perishable items, and clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are defective.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization (RA) number. You must include the RA number on the return package. Return shipping is free for all eligible returns — we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. We recommend retaining your shipping receipt and tracking number for reference. Once we receive and inspect your returned product and confirm that it meets our return requirements, we will initiate the refund process within 3–5 business days. All refunds will be credited back to your original payment method and will appear in your account within 5–7 business days.
