Product colors, sizes, and details may vary slightly from the images displayed due to factors such as screen resolution, manufacturing variations, or supply chain changes. If a product is listed with an incorrect price or description due to a typographical error or system malfunction, we reserve the right to correct the error and either cancel your order (with a full refund if payment has been made) or offer you the product at the correct price. Order Acceptance
Your submission of an order through our Services constitutes an offer to purchase the products specified in your order . We reserve the right to accept or reject your Offer in our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with these Terms. According to relevant legal provisions, an order is deemed accepted only when we send you a confirmation email (or other written confirmation) indicating that your order has been processed and shipped; prior to this confirmation, no binding contract exists between you and us. If we reject your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if you have already made payment. We may also cancel or modify an order after acceptance if circumstances beyond our control (e.g., stock shortages, supplier issues) prevent us from fulfilling it, and we will notify you and provide a full refund in such cases.
Pricing and Payment
Shipping Policy (Delivery to United States)
We offer shipping services exclusively to addresses within the United States. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) following confirmation and completion of payment verification. Delivery times vary depending on the destination state or region and the shipping method selected at checkout; typically, standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status at any time.
We offer free standard shipping to all addresses within the United States, with no minimum order value required. There are no hidden shipping fees. With the exception of orders cancelled due to our error or products found to be defective, all paid shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: adverse weather conditions, carrier delays, customs clearance procedures (for orders shipped from outside the U.S.), or inaccurate shipping information provided by you. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information (including street address, city, state/province, zip/postal code, and contact phone number). If an order is returned to us due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information, you may be required to pay additional shipping fees to cover the cost of reshipment. Specific delivery times are determined by the carrier, and we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.
Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping fees) or exchange, provided that the products are in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. Custom-made or personalized products, perishable items, and clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are defective.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team (see Contact Information section) to request a return authorization (RA) number. You must include the RA number on the return package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect product, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. Once we receive and inspect your returned product (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt), we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of processing, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated. If the returned product is damaged, used, or missing parts, we may deduct a restocking fee (up to 20% of the product price) or refuse the return. In cases of defective products, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement, in line with fair consumer practices.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property within our Services—including, but not limited to, trademarks, logos, brand names, copyrights, patents, industrial designs, text, images, graphics, software, and other content—is owned by RyansSportShop or our licensors. This intellectual property is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws; you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or otherwise use any part of our Services or their content in any manner without our prior written permission. Termination
We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services (or any part thereof) in our sole discretion at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. Termination may occur for any reason, including but not limited to: your breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, non-payment of amounts due, or any other conduct that we deem to be harmful to our business or users. You may terminate this agreement at any time by ceasing all use of our Services.
The following sections will continue to apply following any termination: Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination. Termination of this agreement does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination, including but not limited to payment obligations, refund rights, and liability for breaches of these Terms.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of such claim at your expense, including choice of counsel, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defense of indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents.
